The Healing Arts Center provides everything you need to reach your health and wellness goals. Our center's goal is to maximize your body's function, increase energy, give you a higher self-esteem and provide an overall improvement in your quality of life.

We named it the Healing Arts Center because every practitioner on the team has a wide repertoire of integrative techniques and treatments to draw upon. We believe the art of healing is in the creative application of techniques and the mix should always be fresh, responding to the demands of the moment. After all, we believe every patient is unique and every day presents a new challenge that demands our creativity.

The Healing Arts Studio features a curated assortment of boutique-style fitness at an affordable price. 

Our expert instructors offer a personalized experience whether you're looking to build strength through our SCULPTING classes (Pilates), focus your mind and body with RESTORATIVE classes (Tai Chi and Yoga), or to sweat and destress with fun CARDIO classes. Join us for a workout and see what we’re all about!

Tai Chi is many things to many people: a martial art, a form of exercise, a moving meditation and a prescription for health. The movements are slow, graceful, powerful and flowing. With Tai Chi we stress moving from your center, proper breathing, posture and relaxation.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi for Arthritis is a specialized Tai Chi class that is easy to learn, enjoyable and has many health benefits. Tai Chi has shown decreased mild to moderate knee pain and also decreased falls in the elderly. $120.00 for 8 week series (1 class/week) 





Monday 6:45-8:00pm: Advanced

Tuesday 6:45-7:45pm: Beginners

Wednesday 12-1pm: Mixed Level
