Tai Chi is many things to many people: a martial art, a form of exercise, a moving meditation and a prescription for health. The movements are slow, graceful, powerful and flowing. With Tai Chi we stress moving from your center, proper breathing, posture and relaxation.

Tai Chi for Arthritis is a specialized Tai Chi class that is easy to learn, enjoyable and has many health benefits. Tai Chi has shown decreased mild to moderate knee pain and also decreased falls in the elderly. $120.00 for 8 week series (1 class/week)
