The Healing Arts Center provides everything you need to reach your health and wellness goals. Our center's goal is to maximize your body's function, increase energy, give you a higher self-esteem and provide an overall improvement in your quality of life.

We named it the Healing Arts Center because every practitioner on the team has a wide repertoire of integrative techniques and treatments to draw upon. We believe the art of healing is in the creative application of techniques and the mix should always be fresh, responding to the demands of the moment. After all, we believe every patient is unique and every day presents a new challenge that demands our creativity.

Abs, Arms, Ass

Mondays at 5:30 pm

This class has a clear focus: work on the "triple threat" and create an intense burn that you will feel the next day. Try our full hour version OR the 30 Minute Express version and make sure you bring your "A Game!" Abs, Arms, Ass is a challenging class but is taught in a way that welcomes all fitness levels and abilities.

 
 

Strength & Stability

Tuesdays at 5:15 pm

This contemporary style Fusion Class is geared towards strength & stability and is especially useful for students who like to jog, cycle, dance and live an active lifestyle. We'll be working from head to toe through all major muscle groups for the optimum toning, core connection and stretch you need to get through your daily activities.

 
 

Open Level Mat

Saturdays at 11:30 am

In this Open Level Pilates Mat class you will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body from head to toe through the Pilates focused exercises and concepts. We welcome all levels from beginner to advanced for an inspiring workout session that will leave you taller and full of life!

Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Chi/Taiji) is an internal martial art that today is practiced more for its health and fitness benefits than for self defense. Tai Chi combines martial arts movements with Qi ( pronounced chee) circulation, breathing and stretching techniques. The training of Tai Chi includes the integration of mind, Qi and body.

Prenatal Yoga

NEW! Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to experience the journey of pregnancy. The poses you'll learn will help ease discomfort, prepare your body for labor and childbirth, help you stay fit during your pregnancy, learn breathing techniques, and help you relax and bond with your baby. $95 for 6 week series (1 class per week).
